frame question????
hey i have a 78 chevy 3/4 ton and i got a different bed when i got the truck and the frame was broke on one side i welded a piece of metal to conect them and its held up so far but wat do u guys think i sould do to help it? im gettin ready to put a new leaf spring hanger on it as soon as i get it because it was rusted through and broke so now i drive around like i have bags cause its leaning real bad.. but thanks for looking

if it was cracked you could a plate on either side and it will be ok.. but the other thing is a frame swap if you feel like doin all the work for that

x2 for another plate...n have a close look at the rest to see if you will be forever patching. Sounds like a frame swap may be in your future
