NEED HELP !! Cam button vs Aluminum Cover
Title says most of it, bought an aluminum cover for the 468bbc and now it hits the cam button. It is a roller bearing cam button, it has 2 washers and the roller bearing. I took out the 2 washers and left the roller bearing but it still hits by about 1/8'' to 3/16''. Do I grind the cam button down, if so how in the world would I keep it sqaure. Really cant mill the cover down? Wanted to slap this back together tonight if anyone here can help
thanks

Re: NEED HELP !! Cam button vs Aluminum Cover
I was a little ervous becaue I didnt know if I grind it and it is not perfectly fluch if that would matter?? I guess I could flip the 4 1/2 grinder over and just lay the button on it......... that should turn out pretty flush.
So it sounds like grinding the button tomorrow morning thanks
