Opinions please - Bucket Seat Foam Condition

So I pulled out my bucket seats from storage today to inspect and start thinking about recovering.

I pulled the first set of covers off, then the second! These came out of a 73 plus balzer.

This is what I found. I'd like to recover with 72 covers.

What do y'all think about the condition of the foam?

I vote very useable. Being 73+ seats your upholstery guy will need to do some foam work anyway to get the 72 covers to fit correctly. These seats are 73+ too.

If you have access to a steamer and run it over the foam it will take the crush out and puff it back to the way it was like on day one.

A steamer, cool. I'll start having to ask around.

Thanks again.

Anybody know what mods need to be done to install the 72 covers?
