D2600's inplace of the stock springs. frame rails sitting on the axle tubes. dont have a pic with the bed. bottom the the bumper is 19'' full - 10'' dumped, that would change with tires sizes.

Re: Rear Air Bag install ?'s

You ask this same question in another thread and now have started a brand new one asking the same identical question.

That's called double or cross-posting and it's a no-no.

Ask a question in one place then be patient for an answer.

Thanks.

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.

Re: Rear Air Bag install ?'s

Search for my previous posts as I attached photos of my truck after the drop. Bags front and back with no C-notch. I did remove the stock rubber bump stops in the back so as to all a little more travel when lowered.

I would send you a pic, but I'm currently deployed and don't have pics on me.

Re: Rear Air Bag install ?'s

Shane's point is you will get better results if you keep your topic in one post. People tend to ignore multiple postings asking the same or similiar questions.

If your not getting the results you want, try asking the question in a different manner in "the same" thread....

Nicks05z71

do you have any pics of the top side of that bag mounted tot he frame? i am about to install the same bags on my '69 and i am curious how you oriented the two bolt holes.

67chevemall, i understand your need wish i could help. i have a hard time getting a response with any of my posts. i think your supposed to post "ttt" on your thread if you are trying to keep it from getting buried and make it more visible. someone correct me if i'm wrong but i think ttt means to the top.

I very carfully made templet of the top of my bag, and marked out the centers of the mounting holes and the airline hole. Then I marked the center of my templet ( center of bag ). Now take the center of the templet and aline with the old spring mounting hole, mark centers of the holes needed to drill..... only thing.... make your templet, then tripple check the centers of the holes! You might even want to try this templet on cardboad first. I found that out the hard way! When your done it will look somthing like this.

My airbag holes were more center with the hole in the middle. This is just a picture I found on the site.
