Re: ignition has no spark?
Yes it is an HEi ignition and I tried the good ole paper clip sticking out of the wire trick. I dont know know i f I had any power going to the distriebutor cuz i didnt have a volt meter on me. So I am wondering if there is a fuse in there that coulda blown?

Re: ignition has no spark?
When I ran power to my HEI I ran an inline fuse holder to it for just this reason. I'm guess yours has a direct, non-fused, 12v source. If that's the case then the coil or module may have gone out. Check under the dash on the fuse panel to see how yours is wired. Did you wire it yourself?? I installed a wire from the fuse panel directly to the HEI with the fuse holder imbetween. If yours is wired the same way then it's possible the wire wiggled loose.
