New 72 chevy/gmc

Well. My names Nate im new here...

I just bought a 72 chevy/gmc half ton lwb.. I say slash because tittle says its a Chevy... everything else says GMC.

Picked it up cheep at $400 for a running truck. Needs alot of work but hey its a project... I actually found this truck on the way to buy another 72 Chevy. I took a wrong turn and ended up in this guys driveway offering to buy his truck instead. The other didn't have a motor but this one did.

I don't know a whole lot yet besides it an automatic with a 350. Needs a good amount of body work to it. it came with some beat up cragar ss's in the back as well as a beautiful bench seat.

I need to go buy a battery and some stuff for it to get her running well...

Anyone in mid tennessee wanna swap grills

Welcome, that is one heck of a deal you got there the carb and intake are worth what you paid for it, just means more money for other things now, way to go.
