I have searched and cannot find..60's style truck/s-10 frame
Can anyone help me find the threads about swapping an s-10 frame under our trucks. I know it has been done before and im just tinkering with the idea. Thanks guys

I 'm not sure why you would want to.....
I have seen a couple on the web that used different frames(don't remember any on here), it is usually the older 47-54(?)'s that use the s-10 frames. they are quite a bit narrower than the 60-66's

Re: I have searched and cannot find..60's style truck/s-10 frame
there is not a good reason to use an s10 frame on our trucks, do some research on the board here, and use the 73-87 c10 parts on your frame.
I used to think that a camaro subframe was the way to go to lower and modernize a 60-66, (it is for a 55-59) then I found this board, and discovered how easy it is to utilize a 73-87 suspension, and all the aftermarket components that are made for them. Re: I have searched and cannot find..60's style truck/s-10 frame
Putting one of these trucks on an S10 frame makes no sense at all. There are more than enough aftermarket parts, and OEM parts available to do anything you want to do with the original frame.
With that said.....why are you wanting to use the S10 frame?
