Re: GMC vin number help

I went on quickvin.com and found out that my truck is a 1968 model. This is the first 67-72 that I have owned.

Re: GMC vin number help

Do yourself a favor and go to LMC trucks andorder their parts catalog. The catalog is spot on with parts pictures and detail. It also has a pretty good vin decoder in it as well.

Re: GMC vin number help

Thanks for your help. After putting the cab and front sheetmetal on to the swb frame its going into the barn until my son gets old enough to work on it. Maybe I can get my '65 finished before then.
