Re: Rust never sleeps anybody want to caravan down from sac area

Acually any year is welcome. It is mainly 60-66 but we are not biased. We just want to have some BBQ and check out some trucks. It is very cool when they are all lined up.

SEE!!!

Where: Lagoon Valley Regional Park just south of I-80 if you're coming from Sac, it's just past Vacaville, 2nd exit past Alamo - "Pena Adobe", go back over the freeway and hang a left at the stop sign.

When: Saturday June 6th 11:00 till dark

Re: Rust never sleeps anybody want to caravan down from sac area

Right on!! next year works!

Super73 - I'd just tell the band the practice has been moved to Vacaville - heck I haven't jammed with anybody in 8 or 9 years that would be a kick!!

b.t.w.: I can play the hell out of any blues you throw at me, son! Vocals, guitar, bass and fiddle.

Back to the subject: I hope you can arrange a convoy from Sacramento - there's nothing like the feeling you get cruising down the road with a bunch of other trucks single file!

We sure do know that feeling don't we. My truck was lugging behind you when your top speed was 55.

Re: Rust never sleeps anybody want to caravan down from sac area

Some body needs to take pictures of the meet up and maybe some "enroute" shots - I'll use those on my web site for the RNS page I'm putting together.

Re: Rust never sleeps anybody want to caravan down from sac area

I just posted the meeting place on the ChevyTalk forum so you may have an extra ride or two show up tomorrow for your convoy. (here's hoping anyway!)
