1" Bodydrop with body mounts? Is it that simple?
Just thinking out loud right now!
What issues if any could I expect by lowering the body mounts an inch? I've got a high hump tranny cover laying around, 2.5" spindles, and plan on bagging with maybe an 8" pipe in LCA for an extra inch or so and a notch out back. Is it really just that simple as lowering the body mounts an inch and throwing it all back on?

wont work.
1. the bushings are only 1" tall, so removing them would make it metal to metal. 2. the bed doesnt use bushings so you would still have to "traditional" BD it. 3. these trucks dont need a body drop to lay body, just requires either a "Z" or new drop member which is big $$$

Thanks guys! Yeah, I was referring to just lower the body mounts down an inch.
SCOTI, I now see what you mean about the radiator support. I guess you could just notch it around the frame and reinforce. The only other thing I can think of is to drop the front/rear bumper brackets down an inch also. Besides the bed floor, is there anything else I'm missing in my distorted head?

Depends....
What motor? Where it's positioned on the frame vs. the firewall could lead to clearance issues (firewall vs. dizzy; trans bell housing vs. tunnel height). You could drop the front frame horns on both sides (including the core support) & if you're running a rear bumper the brackets will need to be modified as well. That's a fair amount of work for only 1".
