anyone running a ford 9" rearend?
I found a 1976 Ford f150 with a 9" rearend to swap into my 77 Chevy. I read that the stepside hotrod is building took a rearend from a 78 ford truck. Anyone know what mods will be needed to install the rearend into my truck? Any advice would be appreciated.

The big thing is cutting all your mounts off the 9" and taking yours off and welding them on it. And I think you may have to have a drive shaft make using the 9" ford yoke.
Did I miss anything?

possibly use a conversion u joint from a local drive line shop, that would save a little money over getting the driveline redone for a ford yoke.. but yeah tvblazer78 nailed it..
