Post got anything living in your truck?

I was doing some rust repair on a friends truck, when I pulled what was left of the cab corner off a baby mouse fell out!
Then the mama poked her head out and looked at me, as if to say "what the he!! are you doing"

No, I'm a real softy. I let the mama have her little baby back. I just can't kill things unless its to eat. Figured all the beating on that cab probably ran them off.

You wouldn't have mice in your truck if you had my problem! I went out to the truck yesterday evening, and a 2-foot sidewinder started rattling at me from under the truck by the front driver's-side tire...

Jesus Palomino eb! Just think how a little protein would have enhanched that can of beans! You're a hell of a guy, I don't care what they say, he-hee! I gotta' admit, as much as I hate the little bastards, I've let a bunch of 'em live another day too. But if I started to get into my truck and a fricken snake started rattlin' at me, time would stop untill that slitherin' SOB was turned into a thousand pieces!

You guys are TOO soft! I'da fed the mice to the snake and left him there to partrol the garage for me! Rodents carry too many diseases and snakes eat'em. Lost my great grandfather to a rat bite so I'm not a rodent fan. Besides, I LIVE IN MY TRUCK (When I pi$$ of the wife). Can't have those mice eating my lunch! The only good Mouse is a small-block chevy and the only good Rat is a big-block chevy!

mice, i can handle, they usually ain't a problem with the truck because I drive it pretty often, but a frickin' snake is as good as dead if I see one around. During the summer, I carry a .40 around the yard and I always check the truck pretty good before i drive it(if you've seen my cab corners, you'll know why)

When I started working on my truck they had ate all of the AC vent hoses. No wiring or anything like that was hurt though. So now I keep rat poison in the cab and another under the hood. It seems to dissappear so someone must be eating it. It should be less of a problem now since I got the cab all sealed up and new cab corners and rockers and fixed the floor.

Plan to get painted weekend before memorial day weekend.
Planned to be done March 7 when I turned 16. Didn't happen. Chose to do better job and be behind schedule instead of 1/2 doing it and it looking like junk.

Used to have a problem with packrats out here in the desert, before I cleared off our 5 acres. I would set out a trap at night and every morning have a packrat to remove. It's a cage trap, however. My wife would not allow me to kill them, even when they ate the heater fan motor wires on her car. I had to take them out to the reservation and let them free.
Rattlesnakes, she has no problem with me shooting them with the shotgun. Get about 5 or 6 a year.

I take my gun to every wrecking yard here.I ask owners if ok to shoot a snake,no problems, just dont hit nothing else.Lots of rattlers here.45 makes a neat little pop in half of their body, they squirm for a while too!!
I just bought a Cobray Derringer style pistol that holds a 410 shotgun shell or a 45 long Colt.Very concealable im waiting to shoot it,should be a fun one to hold on to.Only $89 but theres nothing to them.

I don't kill black snakes, they aren't poisonous, and they eat rats. Just about any other snake will get a ounce and a quarter of lead in it!
My truck dosen't have anything living in it that i know of, althought i did find some nut shells lying on my intake the other day...damn squirrles!

Lets see, for wildlife, my blazer seem to be a refuge, a few odd mice, but more interesting is the bees which love the little holes, and dry protected areas, which you dont see untill you jump in, start driving, then it seems they get so angry, over just a little driving. I did the 100 yard dash in about 6.6 seconds. It should be an olympic sport.
The burb had a little mouse house in the glove box, made with pride and care from my front seat. Also, if you count plant life, there is some dirt in the back of my blazer, which has sprouted grass. Might say I have a whole ecosystem there.

haha, yep sounds like a whole ecosystem there! Only thing that was living in my truck was a nice flower growing out of the box of the truck! Grew pretty big too, before being flattened with an old fridge!

I all of a sudden have a bunch of wasps trying to build themselves a home in my BBQ!! First time I saw this. So, I just get back from a vacation, and the SOBs have started working overtime building a home. It was a fair size, until I turned on the BBQ, and cranked the heat to MAX! Fried alive, homes and all. Grrrrr..

i had a nest of birds living in my 69 hood that was leaned up against a fence behind my house, they were those little fat birds that you see in parking lots running around, dont know what kind, but tehy were there for a couple of weeks and then i think some little kid killed the mom with a pellet gun, stupid kids that live next door to me, but i walked by one day and they were dead, sucked, wanted to see them takeoff
