No, there are a couple of wiper and one headlight switch and a bunch of assorted knobs

could the vents be put into a dash with no ac? or does it have to be a ac dash? my dash is a non ac but i plan to add ac later, and im not sure if i need the sheetmetal around the ac vent too, or just the vents and i can cut holes to put them in. if i can make them work without getting an ac dash then ill take em.

Yes you can cut the holes in your dash for A/C, that is what I originally bought them for was to use as templates for the holes.
