Any advice on how to pro street the rear of my stepside?
1977 Stepside. I want to run huge tires under her. Any advice on what I need to do to get it done would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Any advice on how to pro street the rear of my stepside?
Not a stepside, but this is the setup on my '75 with the only frame modification being a c-notch......
truck 12 bolt 4-link and panhard bar Koni coil overs Flange to Flange: mini spool 4.56 Richmond gears C-Clip eliminator Moser axles Wilwood disc brake kit Convo-Pro 15x14 4 1/2" backspace Hoosier Pro-Street Radials 31x18.5R15L Tread Width: 14.5 The rearend was cut, and with Moser big ford housing ends installed, measures 44" end to end. Enough clearance to also run Hoosier 32.0/14.0/-15 drag slicks that are 16.3" wide. Hope some of this can help you out. Good luck with your project. Joe |
