A C-10 Summer Drive (Part II)
Well its time again for a little cruize so lets fire up the daily driver and be offnshall we.
Heres my gas mizer that allows my money to go on the truck and not it lol...the hoopty. This Gem is locally owned by I good old guy named Mac who was hard at work doing construction but took time out to give me a little history. The Sub was actually used in the state of Wyoming ,Town of Riverton as the only ambulance for a time. And Im told has its pictures in a number of Riverton papers dating back as far as 1977. Its easy to see Mac loves this Rig and he is working to restore it back to its former glory. He had no idea about this forum and was having a hard time locating parts and advice and I told him he could find those and more here, so soon we will be getting another Sheridan member on this forum. more pics |

Re: A C-10 Summer Drive (Part II)
Thank you.
Out here they are semi plentiful but not always in such good condition. Sadly most that get built here get sold so the owners can buy a new year truck, my thinking is why buy a new truck when I can make mine new and keep it that way as best I can....And you all have to admit some of the looks ,nods, waves you get from others is welll...priceless.
