Bed floor suggestions

OK, it's come time to start thinking about replacing my bed floor. It has rust holes and what not in it. When I had the truck painted I didn't have them fix it. Anyone know a fairly cheap place to get a new floor.

My second question is: I have a roll pan, so I can't just simply take the bed apart. Any suggestions on how to get the old floor out and new one in? I figure I'll have to cut up the floor to get it out.

Third: What are your opinions on herculiner (the diy bedliner).
