i have been thinking about this for a while. i have a 74 short fleet 2 wheel drive. 350/350 power steering manual brakes. i have a 86 K-5 Blazer silverado donor complete. 350/700r4. i would like to swap out the needed parts to make the 74 a 4x4.

is this as strait forward as it seems? the blazer has a body lift and stock springs. i could swap in the body lift pucks so it clears the transfer case. can i use the spring hangers from the blazer? do i need to use the blazer rear springs and rear? what am i forgetting?

I was thinking yu wanted 67-72. I saw one for the new truck also but passed over it.
