DFW area Ring and Pinion shop?
hey everyone, I'm looking to see if anyone knows of a good (reputable) ring and pinion shop in the Mid Cities area. I would like to have my 3.08's replaced with a set of 3.73's. I don't have the proper equipment to set lash or pre-load, and this is going to be a 1 time thing, so I'd like to get it done right. Thanks

Check out http://www.baertrax.com/index.htm
His name was given to me by a coworker who is a big rockclimber. This guy builds a lot of off-road stuff. Small shop and the guys seems really honest. I had him replace the pinion seal and axle seals on my Dana 60. Don't let the shop throw you when you see it! Call ahead to make sure he is there too! They right of I35 in North Dallas. |
