Transmission weight

Has anyone ever shipped a turbo 400? Can you tell me how much it weighs so I can calculate shipping?

Re: Transmission weight

135 pounds. Not sure if that includes the torque convertor.

Re: Transmission weight

I thought I remembered seeing 175 somewhere, which I'm sure was with convertor.

Thanks Kevin,

No offense taken, I asked here because I trust the guys here much more than anywhere else. It seems 135 lbs is accurate according to several sources including here. I'm guessing the torque converter would be 25 lbs or so.

UPS ships for about 115 bucks and I think that's pretty reasonable.

Thanks again,

Dan

Re: Transmission weight

Maybe some should remove their TH400 and weigh it to confirm for us all.
