Radio delete plate
Hey guys, I finally got ahold of an original radio for my '66, but the PO cut out the radio section so he could put in anew one... now theres just an open rectangular hole in the indention where the radio should be. Is there anywhere that sells a patch panel for that area? I was also thinking maybe a radio delete plate could be put there, and then drilled out so it could hold a radio... any suggestions or ideas?

Re: Radio delete plate
I saw that as well, but it looks like its the entire section of the dash... I don't wan't to chop up what I've already go in there and weld in a whole new section.

A radio delete panel will be roughly the same size as the factory radio and will not cover the hole left by cutting the dash for a modern radio. Don't ask me how I know, lol.
