Not American or truck, but it's diesel

My little rally hopeful. '78 mercedes diesel. turbo'd 5 banger, stripped down to 2800lbs, 4 speed manual swap, 3" turbo back exhaust. Sound like a baby cummins, best $500 ever spent.
