Kick panel speaker ABS pods, please help - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Ok so I bought those ABS plastic kick panel speaker pods from LMC. They say no mod needed but it doesn't fit on the passenger side due to a hump and won't fit either side do to the panel vents levers. I assume I will have to cut them down. I am not good at this. Anyone have pics of finished install and possibly a pic of the panels cut so they work?

This is how I did mine, hopefully it help. No cutting necessary. I just drilled holes for the levers.

Dana 44 front and rear axles. Lift with 35's. Hopped up 350 V8, 4 speed manual w/granny. NP208 Transfer case SOLD!!!!
