HELP!!! Thinkin about selling it....
Thinkin about selling it to buy a'65 beetle. The truck is a '71 with a 350/350 and a 12 bolt rear end. I really don't want to but the wife said no more projects unless something goes. So I'm just wanting to know should I just hang in there with the c10 or what.thanks

Re: HELP!!! Thinkin about selling it....
I've always like the beetles. I like these trucks more though. I guess it depends on what YOU want.

If the Beetle is a vert then go that way, otherwise keep the truck.

Re: HELP!!! Thinkin about selling it....
I've got a 68 beetle, and a 71 C20, I like them both but I like my truck best.
Unless I'm at a gas station

Re: HELP!!! Thinkin about selling it....
"A '65 beetle" I have owned two a 62 and a 61 and I still wouldn't sell my truck to buy one especially a 65 they are all over... Now if you were talking about a 58 oval or a 21window bus maybe I would do it.....

These trucks actually out number VW bugs. They rusted out faster than Jeeps, Vegas, square body trucks, and even faster than a datsun. |

I've had a few dozen air cooled VWs in my time, even some ovals. I wouldn't trade that truck for one though.

Re: HELP!!! Thinkin about selling it....
My Dad has a 72 Super Beetle convertible. Has had it since 74 and totally restored it a while ago. I learned to drive on that car 30 years ago. He still has it and I drove it recently. I cannot imagine trading for one though.
