wrong shade of green
I have a 1970 c10 green in color. I have searched everywhere for interior parts that are green but so far all the catalogs I've looked in only offer interior parts in olive green. Does anyone know where I could get parts that aren't olive green?

Re: wrong shade of green
If you're referring to internal parts like pad, visors, door arm rests, steering wheel, etc. you probably won't find them except in certain colors. I guess the reason is that the demand is not there for them to mass manufacture all the different colors these trucks came in.

Re: wrong shade of green
That`s what I`d suggest. An automotive paint shop can match to your part. That green isn`t made in reproduction.

Re: wrong shade of green
I have the particular color you are referring to. Yes, it is impossible to find it. The green that is reproduced is a type of drab green. Our green has a bit of a dark turquoise to it.
My truck was originally supplied from the factory with aqua sunvisors..... when the seat, door panels, and dash pad was the "hard to find" green. So I am dyeing the visiors and painting the brackets. But I had to have the paint custom mixed and the visors dyed with custom mixed paint. As for the dash pad, I found an original black pad and dyed/painted it the proper color. So in short, be prepared to dye/paint or change you interior over to good ol' black.... and EVERYONE carries that color.
