I took this yesterday. Truck has 250 6 and 2004r auto.

But....

What do you think about your 200R4 behind your 250? Did it make a noticeable difference?

Yeah I know its not that funny and yes the speedometer is off about 17-18%. The 200r4 and 250 6 is a great combo. With the old saginaw three speed, 55 was about all I really wanted twist the 6, now with the .67 overdrive and torque converter lock up 75 seems comfortable. btw I have been using the garmin gps as a speedometer til I get the ratio adapter

the garmin isint a bad idea. i have no speedo right now cause i have an electronic autometer and i need the converter.

I had mine up that high once but then I looked in my rear view mirror and saw a Ferrari F50 pushin' on my rear bumper.

I have had my 250 3spd Saginaw combo up to about 85mph (135km/h) using a gps for speed not the speedo, its scary and she screams but it has been done. My speedo goes about that far when i do it.
