Exhaust help need opinions

Have an 85 Silverado 4X4 need some opinions on how to run my exhaust. It has passed inspection so i got my tags and I wanna run a nice exhaust. I have 50 flowmasters on a 1972 suburban and that isn't what I want for this truck. Duals? Mufflers? Pipe Size? CATS? Where to dump the exhust? Tips?

I want it loud with a deep tone but nothing too obnoxious or a loud resonate in the cab

Heres a pic of the truck

Ok thats kinda where i was heading. Do your 40s pop or crack? And just wondering with the downward dumps whats the sound like with it being under the bed? What do u think of 45 degrees behind the wheels but kind dumped down out of sight?

I would say Super 40's but they do have some interior drone. You can go to the flowmaster website or any others and check out what they sound like.

Re: Exhaust help need opinions

If you want a nice, deep, idle tone, run this.

This is what I have:
Stock manifolds
2.25" from manifolds to mufflers
18" Long Cherry Bomb Glasspacks
2" Tailpipes ran straight out the back

I have a video of it somewhere. I'll find it and post it for ya.

Re: Exhaust help need opinions

I like the Magnaflows I have. They sound awesome at idle and there is no resonance whatsoever in the cab.
