Re: see ten ?
I dunno. This is the second time someone has posted wondering about him (which is fine). He sure is missed and I hope all is ok with him and Cristy. The last time someone had posted,a good while back,I checked the TN Boys site and he hadn`t been on there either.Alot of those guys aren`t on here as much since they have their own spot now.Maybe go ask in the TN forum of this site. Here`s in GA,but they are all tight in that area.Could check in GA,too.

Re: see ten ?
if i was a betting man i'm sure it has to do with this thread! http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=355225
it's theses types of threads that people get irritated at seeing. I like to come here to relax and share a hobby, not log on and have to see this kind of behavior. I'm not accusing but Asa puts in a lot of time/effort into the board and this thread was just pure disrespectful to a valued board member! Again i'm not sayin this is why he's not visiting just my .02!

Re: see ten ?
I like this place because people seem to care & help each other. Maybe someone who has his name & address could look in yellowbook / google whatever, get his phone number & call him. Let him know we (as a group) were wondering how he was doing (not just why he hasn't been on here) and if something is wrong maybe we could help. Just a thought. James

Re: see ten ?
That's right guys. You can select the ignore feature which will block any user's posts from your pc. They simply will not appear to you. I have used it.
I have advised Asa to use it also. None of us should give up our participation in the forums because of one or two who annoy us. These forums are here for all of us and it's great that the program writers included that "ignore" tool in it. Of course we won't all agree on everything but there are ways to convey one's opinion without being rude. And there are those who actually believe they know more than anyone else and cannot wait to show it at every chance they get. That gets old too.

Re: see ten ?
He visits my site almost daily, just does not post much. I heard
he was leaving 67-72 for good but maybe that will change? We all have run ins on these boards and I still come here some, but I won't be here like I used to. (I just check in from time 2 time)

I like others had no clue Asa had an issue. I figured he was busy as well. Not a whole lot we can do, if folks don't tell us there is an issue. Also in checking the account.. he is here and active, just not posting. |

Re: see ten ?
being serious for a moment (AND I MEAN JUST ONE MOMENT )
it is probably impossible for EVERYONE to agree and get along on these site's but I like reading ALL post's whether I agree with them or not , it is informative and give's the reader's a great wide spectrum of opinion's which is interesting , absolutely FLAMING someone probably should not be allowed but normal disagreement's are gonna happen ,

Re: see ten ?
hey LUV2XCLR8, I'm with C10CRAZY what is the name of your site?
Like 19673ontree said, we can't all get along but we don't have to be disrespectful...that has been going on for way too long from certain people. I tend to come here to get away from the negativity in the world and i find myself shaking my head at some of these folks comments made to upstanding board members. I'm glad to know about the "ignore" feature because it well definitely be used, immediately!
