I like it, but I bet it's a wrap instead of paint.

There was one with about the same paint scheme at Maggie Valley this year. The paint on it was nice but I don't know if this is the same one or not.

That is showing disrespect for the Flag.
I served in the US army under that Flag and I don't like to see it shown disrespect like that. my two cents worth

I respect and thank you for your service, but this is not the flag it's paint job on a truck and it's cool, I don't think the owner or anyone on this site is trying to disrespect the flag, GOD BLESS AMERICA.

Can you explain that a little bit? I'm not sure what you're calling disrespect.

I see it as honoring the flag.I also see it as art which is a freedom of expression.Something our military has fought to protect since the first flag.it`s not "the flag",it`s an interpretation like we find on stamps and government logos, even medals.

Re: to all you patriotic truck owners

I have seen alot of things that are a great disrespect to our flag; however I just don't see how that truck is one of those things. The guy painted the truck like that because he is trying to be patriotic. Something that sadly seems to be out of fashion these days.

Re: to all you patriotic truck owners

That is a tribute to the flag not actually A flag, I don't see the disrespect. Maybe if he had glued a real flag to the truck I could agree. I know this is your opinion and I respect it, I just don't understand it. But now you know my opinion also.

Re: to all you patriotic truck owners

Sorry guys but I am a veteran and have to agree with woodchip.

The flag is a symbol of this great country and one under which a lot pf people have served and made the ultimate sacrifice because of a belief in what it stood for. Sorry to be a stick in the mud but if I had the $1,950 right now I would buy this truck in a heartbeat but I would have it repainted or remove the wrap if it is a wrap pretty soon thereafter.

There is a trend of fanciful paint jobs, womens swim suits ( i have noticed a few bikini models in my time), towels, neckties, etc using a flag pattern. To me and others who have a more traditional view the issue is simply what the flag means to us, it is a symbol of a much greater thing, not a fashion statement or "cool" design motif.
