Yikes!
Mine is the oposite, you have to fight it to get it into gear. You own the house, or you renting it? |

Well im not sure what broke but it wont even stay in park the lever just falls in to reverse?? The blazer is ok bent the rear bumper some scratches but i cant believe the the top did not break since it went in backwards...Ya i rent the place with option to buy maybe now would be a good time to make an offer !!!!And yes the owner is pissed and wants to sue me for negulance(sp)even though i have full coverage and its all getting taken care of by state farm.

IMO, since you are taking care of the damages and the owner still wants to take action, I would either buy the place, or tell him to kiss my @ss as I load up the U-Haul. There is no reason for that kind of responce when you are doing the responsible thing and in a timely manner.

Man that sucks! And what an a$$ of a landlord, neglagence for what, it sound like a run of bad luck, not neglagence. Maybe you should sue him for stuppidity, makes about as much sence.
