Brake booster
Hey all,
My kid has a 72 K-20, 350 with power brakes. The brake booster is shot and I am wondering if we can swap it out for one out of a 1978 chevy pickup? The '78 sits closer to the firewall, and I can't tell if the linkage is the same. Any thoughts? Thanks! Colby |

Re: Brake booster
I was looking at your post and thought I'd give it a bump.
I thought about installing a booster off a later truck on mine but didn't want to have to do a lot of remanufacturing and drilling holes in the firewall, so I just got a replacement booster. They should have them at Napa and/or other parts stores. I think I paid a little more than $100. |

Yes i would just get a replacement. We sell them for less than $100.00 but its the least expensive way
