88 IROC TPI engine for sale/trade
Complete 1988 Camaro IROC 305 engine with the tune port injection. I am not the original owner but it turns over fine and is pretty darn clean under the valve covers. From running the numbers it had a 700R4 tranny (and legit). I also have the engine wiring harness, ECM and MAP & Snorkel. The engine would be a great candidate for a rebuild, I pulled the pan and it looks tight in the bottom. A complete TPI setup, with wiring harness and ECM go for over $400 on Ebay. Sure would look good in an S-10 or any pickup.
I’m in Buffalo, NY, taking offers or trades (i.e. tools, big block or whatever) Ed Contact me at: ZIPTOW@yahoo.com |

too bad it isn't a 350 TPI!
I have always wanted a setup like that...you shouldn't have a hard time moving it. -Jeff |

Ah, but you buy the 305 for dirt $$ and slip in the old 334 kit for cheap. DAVE

are you SURE that's a 305? I don't think 305 TPI's were available on the 88 IROC. A friend of mine knows just about everything about IROC's and I remember him saying that in 88, if you got a TPI and an IROC, you got a 350/Automatic...just something I think I heard...so maybe that IS a 350
