suburban Bucket Seat Position

I'm installing a set of bucket seats in the burb. It had a bench seat in it originally. Therefore, I'm welding in the brackets on the front. I was wondering which side of the burb does the seat back adjustment goes. On the seat belt side or the console side. I think it goes on the seatbelt side but I'm not sure. Many thanks, Tom

Re: suburban Bucket Seat Position

I welded the brackets on the floor today. I tacked them in with the seats bolted to the two bench holes. Then, drilled the aft hole. Then removed the seat and welded all around. After prime and paint I switched them. They fit either way! Thanks again, Tom
