Can anybody in the forum help me with some stock buddy bucket seat dimensions?
I could sure use the following dimensions off a stock buddy bucket seat: A). the height from floorboard to the highest point on the front of the bucket seat B). height from floorboard to the highest point on the back of the seat bottom C). height from floorboard to the very top of the bucket seat If somebody can help me with these dimensions I'll be very appreciative. Thanks in advance. Tom

Re: Need help with bucket seat riser dimension
I could use both the driver's and passenger seat dimensions...I will just "float" the aftermarket repro console between the two. Putting BMW in my '68 and want to get the placement as close to orig. as possible. I appreciate your help!
Thanks. Tom

Re: Need help with bucket seat riser dimension
Here are the dimensions that I came up with. The passenger and drivers seats are the same. There is a curvature to the seat cushions so I measured at the highest point which is in the middle of the cushions.
A dimension 12" B dimension 10 1/2" C dimension 30 1/2" Jim

Re: Need help with bucket seat riser dimension
As stated above... just a picture to go along.
If i had a choice, I'm 6' tall and would drop the seat by 1-2" this would place my center of vision closer to the center of the windshield. As it sits now my center of vision is in the upper 1/3 of the windshield.

Re: Need help with bucket seat riser dimension
those dims look the same as i measured for my bench. i will be installing some 97 325 bmw (e36)power seat in mine and have determined that i need to raise the seat track 2". the seat back will stick above the bottom of the rear window same with the head rest. IF i'm lucky i wont loose any leg room and gain maybe an inch. i wil use 2x4 square tubing for the spacer as well as re-enforcing the floor. gonna put em in during x-mas shut down.
