Triple convoluted aribags

Is anyone using them? Im thinking about getting a set for my body-dropped project, What I know is that they provide more "lift" but what about cons? If there are any. Heres how they look like..

You might send a PM to 87 dually burb He has them on the back of his 90 Burb.LINK The biggest problem I see is the fully collapsed height will not allow you to go as low as a double convoluted.

Re: Triple convoluted aribags

one of the other drawbacks is they consume a larger volume of air so tanks are depleted faster. With the larger volume also comes a softer spring rate for a given pressure. I was talked into using the taper sleeve for my burb in the rear and will probably use that style although something more HD than the F9000 in my dually. The sleeves use even less air than a double convolute and have a very linear spring rate throughout the travel. I have nothing against double or triple bellows just liking the sleeves a touch better.

Re: Triple convoluted aribags

I've used these(http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Unive...Q5fAccessories) bags on my RCSB for about 4 years with no issues. Not to sure on what you are looking for, but I use them over axle and get about 12.5" of lift. They compress to just over 3".

Re: Triple convoluted aribags

I always thought about triple bags too but never got them because I would need flat out more than lift. looks like ur gonna lose some drop with those compared to double bags..I would just toy around with bag placement with double or sleeve bags to get the most lift...jmo let us how know it goes
