frame questions

ok so im in a pickle. i recently tore apart my 85 c10 shortbed to do a resto mod project on it.. did all the work to the frame, 4link bags, front crossmember.. etc.. come to find out that the guy i bought the truck from did some really good hiding on all the rust in the cab.. i was even impressed how good it looked for being bondo but the cab is way to far gone to be salvaged.. i would like to save the frame and had a oddball idea.. will a 67 body fit on a 85 frame.. i have a 67 that the frame is pretty tweeked on it so if they would will little changes it would be pretty cool. im not so much worried about the bed cause the frame is backhalfed, just the cab and front sheetmetal.. lol.
