has any one had a problem with a flip kit and putting the rear end out of center like doglegging?

What brand FK?

Be sure the axle cups/brackets are installed correctly. Most kits have an offset hole in that part (that slides over the leaf spring pin), to help correctly center the axle in its new location. If the truck dog legs, then that could be the cause.

and yeah it has a off set to move the rearend back for the driveshaft and it is put in the right way.(the holes to the front if i recall)

it only has 4% to the passenger side,we tryed unbolting it and hitting it around at school on the alignment rack.we could get it to 0% but when my tighten it back it moves back to 4-6%

you can see them in the middle

I would venture to say those cheap brackets are your problem. Either they aren't built to tight tolerances, or those holes are too big for the leaf centering pins...or both. If you saw the WC flip brackets (or other mfr's products)...you would never have purchased those...I wouldn't have at least.

DJM parts are cheap...and not just in price.

Have you tried loosening everything up (leafs and all), sitting the truck on the ground (or rack), tightening down the U-bolts/flip brackets and then the leafs and shackles? That might help you.

I had a problem like that with a djm flip kit before. Alignment holes too big and too much play were flip bracket goes into the leaf spring saddle. I threw that junk away. You won't have any problems with Bell Tech, I didn't !!!!

damn sounds like i got ****ty parts..
we loseend the ubolts and hit the rear end with the hammer and moved it to 0% annd when we tighted it up it when back to 4-6%

i was thinking taking one out and making the hole longer to look like this "0" to have the rearend move back more so it over compensates and when i tighten it up its at 0? i dont know sounds crazy

is it damaged? if not id say just return that and get belltech, wc or mcgaughys

i used a wc flip kit and i haven't had any problems out of it i didn't need cnotchs either bought em but didn't use em, i just cut off the brackets that hold the bump stops
