Wiring problems on my 72

Hi I am have some problems my 1st my starter stays engaged till it starts if I pull the hot wire off the coil it will crank till I pull the pos cable off than put it back on it is fine but if it starts it does not stay engaged some one put a new ignition in it and a new starter also ????

2nd is my cluster lights just quit working and the tail lights dont work or break lights either but my turns work all my fuses are good any ideals I was thinking it was in my light switch ?
