I did some additional looking in the book - it does cover burbs, this covers (C/K 10-20 which includes the burbs) They even make mention of the C/K Aux heaters and show a outline drawing of a suburban
It also covers the G body vans This book does not get into the body areas but deals solely with the mechanical workings of the truck as you can see by the index in the second photo
