84 GMC Jimmy

I am going to sell my 84 K1500 Jimmy. It currently has no motor. it has the 4 speed manual tranny and all the accessories with headers... minus the exhaust. The body is in very good shape, with minimal if any rust... I don't recall any. It has 4 new General Grabber AT tires 31 x 10.50's. I am having trouble putting a price to it? What do you think it's worth? I was going to put a motor in it and start driving it again but I think I want to get a 70 chevelle instead... thanks for any thoughts I'll post a pic of it when I get to my office on monday.
