71-72 Door help
Is there a diffrence in a 71 and a 72 door?

Yes, the 72 has a dimple below the wing window for a screw. Sorry I don't have a pic for you.

I believe '72 is a one-year only - but I think all you have to do is change out the door mechanism to make it work for earlier door panels. They do have the screw in the upper front corner.

x2 on what dan said. with out changing the mech. the 72 panel is the only panel that will work.

The 72 doors are nice. The reinforcement screw keeps the vent window frame sandwiched nice and tight in the door frame. The only mechanical difference is the window regulator, which if switched out, will allow you to use the earler style door panels as stated above.
