Question for guys with factory A/C
This is a picture of some type of relay, i know it mounts somewhere in the vicinity of the heater box on the passenger side inside the cab, but i forgot where. It also has a ground wire that i'm guessing needs to be screwed to something metal? Any pictures of where it mounts, or advice would be GREATLY appreciated. It's been 3 1/2 years since i took my system apart, and i'm just now putting it back together. Needless to say, i'm having a hard time remembering some stuff haha
Thanks for looking guys!! |

under the dash, between the heater box and kick panel, up kinda high. They mounted them with the plugs facing up, I say mount it upside down so if any water gets on it (leaking cowl and windshield are common)water sheds off instead of collecting in the recessed area.

Thanks longhornman, i'll go give that a try. Good idea on mounting it upside down. I hope nothing leaks though, i have a brand new windshield, windshield seal, and i replaced the flap thing in the cowl too.

Be sure that the ground lug is attached to a good ground otherwise you fan will not work on the high speed.
