Re: Rear tow hooks ?
Haha, I have a feeling this question is going to be asked quite a bit in the next couple of days. Two already tonight on the same issue. Good luck on finding the information, you might send a message to a member here Rob, aka "Blazerman." I think I remember he had/has a NOS set of these and this could possibly be his picture. Otherwise, I don't think in the 9 years of being on this board, I have ever seen a pic of some actually mounted on a truck that was originally equipped with them. Trevor

Re: Rear tow hooks ?
This pic is a good start but when enlarged it goes blurry. The good thing is it shows there is instructions out there some where. Hopefully someone will see this and post !!

Re: Rear tow hooks ?
Hey Special K,
Is there anyway I can get a zerox copy of the instructions you have there? If I can, I will copy them to my USB and post them. R/ Billy

Re: Rear tow hooks ?
Did you reduce the original in order to get it to post? It's showing 400x300, sound right?

Re: Rear tow hooks ?
I`ve had one truck with these and I wish I had recorded the specs.

Re: Rear tow hooks ?
Here is one fuzzy pic that I have saved. Robs picture above that shows the directions is from a mid 50's GMC kit and may or may not be relevant when mounting to the 67-72 frame. I have always thought the way it is mounted in this pic looked a little weak to me. No way to know if that was "correct" or not. I can't remember who originally posted the pic.

Re: Rear tow hooks ?
Thanks for the pic Chip, it's a start. Eventually, someone will come through on this large.

Re: Rear tow hooks ?
I'm sure those tow hooks in the picture are mine. I have the instructions but they are for a larger truck.

Re: Rear tow hooks ?
What truck? What year? Any chance you could tray and post some legible copy of the instructions. It might get us going in the right direction. Any help would be great!! Thanks.
