Gas Tank Carpet?
Bought a gas tank carpet kit and can't figure out how it goes together. it seems too long. Anyone have some directions or some insight on this for me?

Does it clip on the gas tank? My reproduction clipped to my gas tank. The originals screw into the back of the cab. Trevor

Is there enough carpet on the repops to screw it to the back of the cab?
In other words, the repop carpet that hooks on the gas tank, can it be used with the original gas tank carpet grommets and screws? Jason |

I don't know, but I don't think so from my carpet cover. You would have to probably get one special made. Plus the gas tank clips are sewn to the carpet. Trevor

This has the clips that goes on the gas tank but I cna't figure out what to do with all the extra at the passenger side.

We live north of Emporia on 99 at the Hwy 170 Junction. The kids go to Reading so play on the NLC Youth basketball team. My wifes familiy is from Osage also.
