Smile What kinda transmission do I have?

Hey yall,
I am trying to figure out what kind of transmission i have in my truck. Its a '72 Chevy Stepside Pickup. Its not an automatic...its a 4 speed manual. It has a really really low first gear "Granny Gear"
It doesn't look like a muncie. Were there any other 4 speed transmissions that came in these trucks?

Thanks

PD

Do a search for post started by me. In one of them there is a site that will show you some of the 4 speed truck trannies.

I found out that my transmission is the Muncie SM465. Apparently its suppose to be a pretty good transmission.

Thanks Again
