Re: 305 and tranny
305 in my neck of the woods is not worth alot if its not rebuilt .. we call em boat anchors im thinking maybe 350 total with the trans if its good if not the motor is worth maybe $200 or so?

Re: 305 and tranny
I have a 305 that smokes but runs good. I havent got a single nibble at $200. I need to relist it at 150... Its worth its weight in scrap in my opinion. Just gotta hope someone has a crappy work truck they just need to run for cheap. Its all about timing.
