if you end up going that first colour ( like an atomic orange ) please post pictures after, I'm considering doing something like that and would love to see it complete

Re: what do you think of this paint colour?

My 68 will be one of these colors. I going to use Kirker Candy Apple Orange over an Orange Metallic base. Doing that turns it redder. Won't be done until mid-summer since it's now just a frame with powertrain less any sheet metal.

Re: what do you think of this paint colour?

Tomorrow I'll be painting a color very similar to that, If you give me a day I'll post a pic so you can see what it looks like on our trucks. Its going to be a two tone silver and candy orange

The burnt orange colour on the chev colorado looks good, and the scion XBs "Hot Lava" looks good also.

Re: what do you think of this paint colour?

I think the Ignition orange from the late model Pontiac and GMC vehicles would look good on a truck.

BTW, that first isn't a Lambo. It's a Saleen S7.

Re: what do you think of this paint colour?

Here is an orange I used on my race bike, it was PPG o-so-orange a tri stage paint. In some light it made it look like it had a slight green tint.

I just sprayed the inside of my engine compartment, and tinted the bedliner to match. Will be shooting the rest of the truck next week. Sunburst orange metallic

Re: what do you think of this paint colour?

Here is the PPG Oh So Orange with Ghost Blue Pearl in the clear. You can see the different colors even under the shop lights. When it is in the shadow you can see a purple tint to it.

The GM firecracker orange would look good, but the paint they used on Copperhead (on Trucks!) was really nice.

I think I'm doing my Blazer the Lambo Orange Nacre, it's a wicked clean tri-coat pearl; popsicle looking.

Re: what do you think of this paint colour?

I like that color! I'm also a big fan of GM's sunburst orange metallic. I tried and tried to find a used Z71 in that color, I gave up and bought a blue one. I just saw one for sale a few weeks ago (99-02 style) and I was sooooo tempted to trade them my blue truck for it.
