Re: How to fix an '03 cluster????
I have heard it is possible to fix them. I personally have never done it, all the trucks that I have had to deal with fell under the extended warr period that GM put on them after they had so much trouble. Each needle on the cluster has a small electric motor that drives it called a stepper motor. From what I have read, the can be found new on eBay. You might also look at www.dormanproducts.com as they have now started offering replacment clusters.

Re: How to fix an '03 cluster????
First off check with a local dealership and see if it is covered under the warranty. I just had mine repaired for the second time. Found a local guy that did it pretty reasonably. He said he does about 10-12 a month. There is also a place that I found on the web that I was going to send mine to, before I found someone local. If you want pm me and I can give you his info.
