WTB Dual exhaust hangers for the passenger side
Somebody was looking for one of these earlier this year and got me wanting some. The first pic is the old blazer itself but it is only on driver side, I want one of these, don't seem to be side specific. The mid body hanger frame looks to be side specific, don't know if there is one like this for the passenger side but there is a hanger frame for the passenger side that is supposedly found dual exhaust big block trucks. Anybody got this?

Re: WTB Dual exhaust hangers for the passenger side
Bigdon, the first 2 pictures confused me. The bracket in 3rd pic is side sensitive and we have that bracket. Do you need the arm or complete unit as shown in pic?
Let me know Paul and Jason

Re: WTB Dual exhaust hangers for the passenger side
The first two pics are of my 4X4 blazer 1970. First pic closer toward front near middle cab drivers side. Second pic little further back drivers side, front of rear axle. Third pic is someone elses pic of passenger side (I think) dual exhaust bracket with the complete rubber mount part that also looks real cool, and I would like to know who sells that! But I cobbed that last pic off of someones post (thanks) to show what I think it is I am looking for. I think last pic is 1972 vintage. Remember I have a 4X4 1970 blazer with stock single exhaust that I have put on headers and will now need to take the exhaust out the rear and am looking for hangers that are very stock looking for that year. Thanks for your help guys! Post a pic of what you have.

Re: WTB Dual exhaust hangers for the passenger side
I thank you for the PM but I did not know that the bracket you have fits on the outside of the frame. Both of my brackets are on the inside and that is where I want them, just need them on the passenger side. May have to fabricate them myself...

Re: WTB Dual exhaust hangers for the passenger side
Bigdon, I assume this is a 2wd blazer with coil spring rear suspension? The second bracket is 4x4, same as the one on my k20 and to be correct, would most likely be side sensitive, but you could use a left on a right. The trick is to find a factory dual exhaust
4x4 for the middle bracket. The rear bracket is same for BB or SB with dual exhaust with coil spring rear suspension. I have the middle for left side and the rear, but it is a complete BB bracket set for coil spring suspension, and would not want to separate it. Hope, some of that helps!! Thanks, Dan |
