how much should my truck weigh?
silverado swb 2 wheel drive 350 auto trans how much should it weigh? anyone had one on a scale or anything?

My 1987 longbed 4x2 305 auto weighed around 4200-4300 lbs. and it was the light duty truck.

Mine weighs 4004# (on a certified scale) with one tank 3/4 full, and the other tank empty, and no one inside. This is with a 5.3, not a SBC. The 5.3 is a little lighter than a SBC.
