need some E brake ideas
i have the orginal frame for my 52 gmc with a camaro 10 bolt .I was thinking of a s 10 E brake or is there a better way.Thanks Robert

Here is how I married the original parking brake mechanism to the 2nd gen F-body axle I am using in my 54.
The clevis is crimped/swaged onto the end of a standard F-body brake cable and then attached to the stock cross bar. The clevis idea was from a friend in Germany who sent me two for my use. He said they were intended for sail boat mast cables. I have not come across this product anywhere else and he has since passed away so I cannot say where he sourced them. They work great and simplify the whole set up. |

Around here I go to the local construction rigging supply place for that kind of stuff.
